Nori Wraps


veggies: avocado, candy potato, mushrooms, cucumber
grains (cooked): sushi rice, brown rice, black rice, quinoa
others: crispy shallots garlic chips, sesame seeds, cashews, nori gomasio
sauces: spicy ginger sesame mustard, mustard miso


Place the nori on a flat floor. Unfold the rice out throughout the sheet of nori, leaving a few 1-inch border on all sides. When working with sushi rice, it may be simpler to unfold when you hold a skinny layer of water in your palms.
